OnTarget Package
Thinking of building but don't know how to start? Investigation report of; zoning, requirements of authorities, official plan, preliminary cost estimate, site plan approval, sustainable design, programming, preliminary scheduling, future needs, others as requested.
Design Consultation
We will review your design problems, needs, and wants with an onsite meeting. We will prepare a preliminary design for you. Site measurements are additional.
DesignStorm
Have not one, but 3 designers work on your project. Recieve multiple and distinct design options to choose from. We will then prepare your favorite design in one final set of preliminary design drawings.
Permit Drawings
Assistance with the application forms and preparation of drawings to recieve building permits. Permits can be prepared for decks, residences, commercial, institutional, and industrial.
Full Architectural Service
Assitance with your whole project from preliminary investgations, schematic design, design development, construction documents, contractor selection, and contract negotiation, construction administration, final reviews, and 1-year warranty review.
