Renovation and construction of the Change House, Deck and Pool. Designed a modern, playful and universally accessible change house and pool deck while incorporating the unique features and the historic character of the building.
Sought increased revenue opportunities for the facility by introducing features that extended operating hours and created rentable spaces. Eased the approval and construction process and achieved strict project deadlines through early and effective communication with the client and authorities.
