Mitali’s architectural journey started with a Bachelors in Architecture. She is a Registered Architect in India and has worked on iconic public projects including Sundar Nursery, Delhi. Canada became her home after she completed the Masters of Architecture program at the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, where she received the Canadian Masonry Research Scholarship in 2018-19. She is working towards becoming a licensed architect with the OAA and is a member of the RAIC. Mitali believes in strong community ties and has volunteered with various architectural organizations including Building Equality in Architecture (BEA Prairies) and Toronto Society of Architects (TSA). As a plant lover, she finds gardening and painting therapeutic.
